Abstract
This article will analyze the provisions and documents regarding the protection of personal
data when using an unmanned aerial vehicle, with particular emphasis on the obligation to
create the so-called Data Protection Impact Assessment in the event that operators perform
operations using drones which, due to their nature, scope, context and objectives, are likely
to result in a high risk of violating the rights or freedoms of natural persons.
