Author Guidelines

Authors of articles who are notified that their material has been accepted for publication will be required to submit the article in an English-language version as well. For articles originally written in English, this requirement applies to the simultaneous submission of a Polish-language version. Submission of a translation prepared by the authors themselves is a condition for publication. The article translation must not be produced using artificial intelligence. 

License 

1.     All articles published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

2.     This license allows users to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well as to remix, transform and build upon the material, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Attribution (BY) – appropriate credit must be given to the author(s), the article title, the journal title, and the publisher, and a reference to the license must be provided;
  • NonCommercial (NC) – the material may not be used for commercial purposes;
  • ShareAlike (SA) – if the material is remixed, transformed or built upon, the resulting work must be distributed under the same license.

Copyright and Publisher’s Rights

1.     Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal agree that, upon acceptance of the article for publication, the economic copyright to the article is transferred to the publisher – Lazarski University.

2.     The publisher becomes the holder of the copyright to the published work and is entitled to publish, distribute and make the article publicly available in electronic and printed form in accordance with the terms of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

3.     Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print and link to the full texts of the articles, provided that the terms of the license are respected and appropriate attribution to the author(s) and the source of publication is given.

Publishing Agreement with the Author

1.     A condition for publication is the conclusion of a publishing agreement by the author and the publisher.

2.     By signing the document, the author confirms that:

  • the article is an original work, and does not infringe the rights of third parties;
  • the economic copyright to the article is transferred to the publisher – Lazarski University.
